IC-ARM-VPX3a 3U VPX CPU Board with 16 Core ARM based QorIQ LX2160A Processor, 10/25/40/100Gigabit Ethernet Ports and 32GB RAM

3U VPX CPU board based on an up to 2.2 GHz QorIQ LX2160A processor with 16 ARM Cortex-A72 cores and 32 GB DDR4 ECC SDRAM. 512 KB xSRAM and 128 MB flash are available.

INTERFACE CONECPTs IC-ARM-VPX3a offers an 100Gigabit Ethernet 100GBase-KR4 port or one 40Gigabit Ethernet 40GBase-KR4 port or two 25Gigabit Ethernet 25GBase-KR ports or four 10Gigabit Ethernet 10GBase-KR ports via P1A on the data plane. On the control plane is a 10GBase-T port via P1D and P2B and one 25Gigabit Ethernet 25GBase-KR ports or two 10Gigabit Ethernet 10GBase-KR ports.

The Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA) Consortium is a voluntary, consensus-based member consortium of The Open Group, a vendor-neutral technology standards organization developing an open technical standard for sensors. The IC-ARM-VPX3a is developed in alignment with the SOSA Technical Standard.

In addition the IC-ARM-VPX3a provides one USB 3.1 port, one USB 2.0 port, one RS-232 port, one RS-232/422 port, one SATA 3Gbit/s port and one PCIe x4 Gen 3 link. One M.2 slot and eMMC are available.

The IC-ARM-VPX3a comes with UBoot firmware in a secured flash and provides board support packages for LINUX and VxWorks. Other real time operating systems like PikeOS, LynxOS, Integrity,.. can be ported on request.

The board is available in six different environment classes from standard (0°C to 55°C), extended temperature (-20°C to +65°C), rugged (-40°C to +75°C), rugged (-40°C to +85°C), conduction-cooled (-40°C to +71°C) and conduction-cooled (-40°C to +85°C).
